Die Cutting

This is used for traditional printing, but it also adds something unique and interactive to your job: die-cut printing has the ability to cut any shape that you want for your printed material. The Graphics die-cutting process starts with sharp steel rules that cut special shapes for labels, boxes and containers, from printed sheets. We can create and cut any shape you can imagine!

Our in house large die-cutters helps reinforces the company's position at the forefront of point-of-sale and packaging innovation.

Our innovative machines are capable of die-cutting and fully stripping at maximum large press sheets down to a smallest printed sheet. It is exceptionally versatile, being able to convert various material substrates including solid board up to 3mm thickness, corrugated up to 8mm, laminates, films and plastic corrugated.

Kitting

Start with a pocket folder, add a three-fold brochure, include a stitched booklet, combine an application form, and you have the recipe for an effective kit.

Kitting and fulfillment have long been intensely manual processes, but we have implemented quality programs and technologies to create automated operations that meet the most exacting standards. We also use our electronic kitting operations to handle projects for telecommunications organizations with literature requirements of 100% accuracy, in the mail on a deadline, and with a clear audit trail.

Our integrated Print Fulfillment Services includes the planning and cost effective execution of the supply chain of printed materials and information from the point of origin to the point of utilization. Print Fulfillment Services is the ability to supply digital Print on Demand or Just in Time offset print with off-the-shelf inventory in quantities desired by the end user, packaged and quickly delivered in the manner requested. Our Print Fulfillment Services offering allows for the optimum method of production and fulfillment from long run produced and stored inventory to digital Print on Demand produced upon request from end user through our facility. This allows customers to avoid fixed costs and capital expenditures in maintaining internal operations while converting to an entirely variable activity cost basis.

Specialty Glueing & Hand Finishing

Best Deal offers a gluing service using our multiple speciality gluers, which broadens our ability to offer a one-stop shop for your packaging and point-of-sale requirements - all with confidentiality guaranteed. The machine can be used for many box styles and size combinations, including four corner and crash lock glued cartons.

We also operate a semi-automatic hot-melt gluing machine that caters for most large format display and packaging requirements. Our pattern gluer significantly increases productivity and helps alleviate the bottleneck normally associated with hand gluing. The large format size of the machine allows precise application of adhesive and therefore giving the ability broader scope to exploit its manufacturing specialties.
